State Representative–and former member of the Public Utilities Commission–Michael Harrington (R-Strafford) says its long past time for Republicans to stop subsidizing the biomass industry in New Hampshire.  He lays out the history of subsidies, points out that there are federal dollars in the mix as well, and raises the question of whether there is any amount of ratepayer subsidy for renewables that will satisfy green activists in the Granite State.
